Ho @Mike_O_Dell , instead of Status, I think you are referring to the native Task progress column, right? In that case, perhaps my workaround below may provide some inspiration.
Instead of using an effort dropdown (in my example), you could use your own ‘Delivered’ dropdown to set a number 1 to your tasks and roll that up in a formula in the portfolio.
