I have the following situation, we want to setup a Rule to create a subtask and assign it to an individual every time the date passes that’s located in a set field.
E.g 04/09/2025 - in a field
This date passes, Asana rule triggers to create a subtask within that task and assign it to someone.
Is this possible to do? So far it seems like only due dates can cause a trigger like this which isn’t the date we wish to use.
I’m afraid only Due dates and Start dates can trigger rules now.
