Date in past displayed in red

All,

I have a (calculated) date field (not due date), but when the date is in the past it is not visble in red (like due date). How can this be changed?

You can’t, the due date is the only one appearing red. it “makes sens” since the other date fields are usually used to simply track date, this is not to track when something should be done.
Not sure Asana would be willing to this as an option, but we never know!

Thanks for the feedback. Remains strange that this cannot be done. I will not spent too much time on asking Asana for this feature. Will take too much waiting time.

Being the default behaviour would be strange. When a date is field is used for “delivery date”, “contract creation date” etc that’s a static date you want to keep, so you wouldn’t want in red. Red is related to an action.

However a valid point would be to point out that this could have been an option when editing a Date field. We haven’t seen that request that often, people can live without it, so I am not surprised Asana hasn’t done it (yet)
