I am part of a team that manages multiple projects per person, we are currently having to create manual reporting for our projects.
Status updates
Risks, Actions and Issues
All tasks
On large projects with sometimes 200+ tasks, the reporting is incredibly manual.
I am currently testing Bridge24 but the reporting looks very basic.
Has anyone got a solution or ideas on how we do fully custom visual reports with logos, artwork etc? It’s a massive flaw in my opinion and this reporting takes up so much time for my team.
Asana will create status updates for you that include risks, issues and actions. Please see the image below located on the overview tab of a project. If you click the plus sign to include these items, and then change the toggle switch to get regular updates it will be done for you. Hope this helps!
@Emma_Nicholls The folks at BlinkMetrics help users with custom Asana reports that automatically stay up to date. Reach out to them and let them know that I sent you. https://blinkmetrics.com/
Lastly, for Asana native reporting, Asana dashboards are now saved in project templates. I’d recommend spending time to perfect one dashboard, save the project as a template, and ask your team to use that template for their projects.
