The recently launched custom ID field is great, but having tried it out, it appears that the Prefix field cannot simply be left blank. 
Hoping this will be possible soon, as I am sure some users may want to generate a number sequence without a prefix at all! 
We would Like to use the ID field but it requires a Prefix? We just need it to be a number (that was what we used previous, but since the number we use is really the person’s ID. Is there a plan/way to allow the field to not have a prefix?

Unfortunately no, but the Asana team will post any updates here, when/if this issue hopefully gets addressed!
FYI you can use the Unique ID feature in our Flowsana integration - no prefix required.
