Critical bug on newest Android - unable to login

I need help!

I’ve been trying to log into the Asana mobile app for three days. I can’t log into my account, so all I can do is stare at the login screen.

Details:

Samsung S24 Ultra

Android 16

OneUI 8.0

I recorded the error:

In short: Logging in takes me to the browser, where, regardless of whether I am already logged in or logging in, I have the option to continue to the app. It redirects me to the app, but nothing happens.

Out of 17 attempts, I had a different situation once. It redirected me to the application and I saw loading animations in the Log in section, but after a while I got a dialog saying “something’s wrong” or something like that.

The current situation completely precludes the use of the mobile application.

I can think of two possibilities:

1. After redirecting to the application, the deep link with the token is not captured, there is no error handling for this, and nothing happens, or there are logs recording the error.

2. In this one situation, the data was successfully captured, but the data was incorrect with the server, so it is likely that what was captured was something that is incorrect.

Welcome, @CloudCoder, and sorry about this.
