Create one task to then deploy many tasks to multiple projects

Hi, @Sean_Olson @Becky_Manson @KNicks_8571d0 @lpb @anon91170507

How about this as an idea?

  1. Create a project (P0) just for task assignment
  2. Create a “Duplicate to multiple projects” rule (R1) in P0
  3. Set R1 to the “Execute manually” rule
  4. Set the execution action for R1 to “Create subtasks” (Max 20(?))
  5. Set the task name of the subtask to the variable “Task name”
  6. Set the person in charge of the subtask to the main person in charge of each project
  7. Set the project for the subtask to each project

However, you will need to edit this rule each time you “add or remove projects” or “change the main person in charge of a project.”

As an image, it looks like this.
