We couldn’t replicate this issue on our end. @i.lagou, does this happen with all attachments or only larger files? The size limit per attachment in Asana is 100MB.
I’d also recommend testing if the issue persists when switching between mobile data and Wi-Fi.
If the problem continues regardless of file size or network, please reach out to our Support team and include any error messages in your request to help them investigate.

Unfortunately, it exists using data and wifi.
The size of the files are about 4-5 MB.
