Welcome, @Aarobita,

Here are some more resources to help you do this now, until/if Asana provides the exact feature you’re requesting. You can do this with either a task for each customer or a project for each customer, depending. You could use reference fields or just @mention the task or project for the customer wherever you need it, like in the project description which a reference custom field wouldn’t directly allow.
