Kind of a random thought. Our company typically references back to production companies or vendors with each project. It would be amazing to have a bank of those will just the basic information ‘Vendor Name, Contact, Phone, Email’ just a very simple card that we can call back to in the asana project description. Right now we have to copy and paste this info every time… it would improve efficiency to just pull this ‘card’ info from a bank of them…

There are Reference custom fields now, where you can reference related tasks/projects. Perhaps having a resource project where each vendor has a task filled with their info, and using a Related task field to draw back to that task?
Here are some more resources to help you do this now, until/if Asana provides the exact feature you’re requesting. You can do this with either a task for each customer or a project for each customer, depending. You could use reference fields or just @mention the task or project for the customer wherever you need it, like in the project description which a reference custom field wouldn’t directly allow.
