I suggest splitting your post into the different features you are after.
For portfolio calendar view, you can upvote this post: Calendar view for Portfolios! as it already exists.
As for the goal ownership by multiple person, I think the closest you can get is if the goal is owned by a team. Knowing Asana’s philosophy on ownership of tasks / projects, I am not sure if goals ownership will be any different.
