Hi Asana friends - My team has been reporting that they’re experiencing comments not saving on subtasks - or comments posting and then disappearing. It’s been a little tough to troubleshoot, but there have been more than a handful of cases reported with this happening this week. I’d love to get some thoughts on how to best troubleshoot this, because often, there’s a day or two lag between realizing a comment has “stuck” or saved since it looks like it’s posted initially. Any one else running into this or experiencing it?

I think you should raise a support ticket via the Asana Help Center.
My guess is that it’s not an issue with Asana itself. Did the affected users have stable internet connections when posting the comments? Maybe there can be issues with syncing data after working offline.
No internet connection issues to my knowledge! Appreciate you chiming in… was just curious to know if it’s isolated or widespread.
