Commenter guests in same project seeing each other as @Private User

Important note: To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please ensure to fill out all the sections below. Do not share any private information such as email addresses or phone numbers - This is a public Forum!

Briefly describe (1-2 sentences) the bug you’re experiencing:
We have invited our client users to the same project plan with a Commenter level of access. They see each other as @Private User.
According to the documentation, this should ONLY happen when they aren’t part of the same team or project.
This has been a bug at least once historically, maybe twice:

Steps to reproduce:
Invite two users as guests to a project as Commenters. Ask them both to comment on the same Task. Check what they see when they read each other’s comments in the thread.

Browser version:
Unknown

What version of Asana are you using (Personal, Starter, Advanced, Enterprise, Enterprise+, Premium, Business or legacy Enterprise)?
Enterprise something, not sure, I am from degreed.com

Hi @Kristin_Hull, apologies for the trouble. I can’t seem to be able to replicate this on my end. When adding two different guest accounts to a project, both can see each other’s names.

Unfortunately, here in the Forum our access to account details is limited. To investigate this further, please submit a request to our Support team and share the guests’ email addresses with them. They will have the necessary tools to assist you.
