Check if Start/Due Date is in a specific Month regardless of year

It would be great it the Check if condition on due date and start date had the ability to check if it was in a specific month(s) regardless of the year.

For example, I want to create a rule that will set the fiscal quarter based on due date but that currently involves having multiple conditions that check that the due date is between a certain range for a specific year that will then need to be updated every year.
