Change Section automatically on Task completion

Hi Team!

I was wondering if anyone knows if there is a way for making tasks clicked as completed move into another section. To be more precise, in my future project:

  • A task is in a section called “In Progress”

  • There is another section called “Completed”

Can I make my task change from one section to the other automatically once I’ve marked the task as completed?

Hi,

Yes with Rules, a feature available with at least Premium. You can check The Asana automation bible: all the triggers and actions from Asana, Zapier, Flowsana, Make.com to see if that scenario is available with Premium or Business (and check with a sales rep just in case)
