Certain projects not allowing to scroll down to sections

Starting this past Monday, some of our projects are no longer allowing us to scroll down to see the various sections of the project. It is not happening everywhere, and I can’t seem to find a reason as to why it’s happening in some projects and not others. No views/permissions/ANYTHING have changed.
