Can't Login to Help Center (Loops)

Honestly, what a ridiculously frustrating experience with Asana thus far. Didn’t see an option when signing up to JUST use the free version, so was basically forced into the Advanced plan on free trial, which means I’m now using features I won’t be using once the free trial expires as the advanced features are very overwhelming to a new user. I went to the help center to submit a ticket to just cancel the free trial so I don’t even have these paid features shown/accessible and of course the support page loops the “Logging in” section. I have no adblocker and cache and cookies are cleared. Your website is broken so that people who want to get help can’t even open a support ticket or access the Help center. What a ridiculous platform.

It’s common issue for now, but, Asana looking forward to fix this problems.
You can simply open help center in incognito mode, that’ll solved your problem :upside_down_face:

As @wnffldktm mentioned, you may have to access Support from an incognito window.
There is also a temporary form (See Option 2 within the post) if you are still having issues.
