Can't change the order of custom fields in project template

I am trying to change the order of custom fields in a project template. The functionality seems to be there, I can pick up and drag a custom field to another spot, and a line shows up where I want it to be. However, the change doesn’t actually take place, and the custom field just ends up back where it started. I am working in the workflow > fields area of the template.

This is something that’s been escalated and is worked on. I’ll update you when I have more info.

Same for me - the order of fields is not saved, instead the fields jump around wildly to a seemingly random spot in the order.

This makes keeping a project tidy very difficult.

This is still a problem for me. Dragging the field to a different location does nothing. Is there a fix coming?

Hi @pdmcdermott and @lpb, thank you for flagging this, and sorry for the trouble. There’s actually already a thread reporting this issue. It’s been escalated and I can see our Developers are still working on it.
