I have done all the troubleshooting outlined in the asana guide and followed the steps on the forum but I still can’t delete a Team. Can someone please help?
Account billing owners may not deactivate their account. You are currently the
billing owner for “thespecialistsltd.com”. In order to deactivate your account,
you must first downgrade or reassign billing owner responsibility for this
Division.

I see. You have a paid or a free plan right now? As the response time depends on that.
