Canceling the premium free trial

Hi @Franck_Mangin and apologies for the trouble here.

From what I see, you’re using a Workspace. Here are the steps to cancel your trial:

  1. Click on you profile picture
  2. Select “Admin Console” > This will open another tab with your admin console
  3. On the left side, select “Billing”
  4. In the first square, under “Plan details”, select “Cancel plan”
  5. From there, just follow the instructions on your screen and you should be able to cancel your trial in-product. If this fails, no worries, our support team will be able to cancel this trial for you too.
