I want to send out a form with 5 questions. Each question corresponds to a section (column) on my board. Is there a way to collect answers and file them under the right section using a single form? I think the entire form just ends up going on one single card, but I want each answer to be separate - either filtered to a column or tagged with a certain label.
Correct. One Asana form submission creates one task. There’s no way just using native Asana to have a form create multiple tasks, which would be required in order to fulfill what you’re looking for.
You could probably use an external tool like Zapier to create the additional tasks and have them be placed into an appropriate section/column.
