I have a template that will have different teams working the tasks each time. E.g. Project coordinator, Marketing manager, etc.
Can I have Roles assigned somehow, and when the template is used to define a project have the roles assigned to specific people?

Hi,
This is not yet possible but that would be cool. You have 2 choices:
- include a column “role” in the template and the project owner picks the right person based on the role
- those tasks for “roles” are multi-homed into “role buckets”, special projects where all people with a given role are members and get notified of new tasks. They pick up tasks as they arrive.
