I am trying to create templates for my team to allow them to be able to “cut and paste” various services/tasks to create a full project schedule depending on their client. Is there a way to turn sections of a project schedule into a task template and make that task template available to be used in any project? For example, Project 1 has sections A, B, C, D, E but a completely different project only needs sections A, C, D. Is there a way to create templates for those sections so that they can be used in different projects?

For copying single sections at a time, first create a model project with all the sections and tasks you need (instead of a task template). For each section to copy, click the “…” section menu and choose Duplicate section:
That leads to this dialog where you can enter your destination project:
Repeat for the remaining sections.
