It would really be handy if there was a setting that could be turned on that would keep completed tasks in the project view-able, but maybe gray them out so they can still be viewed. I want to complete items but some items have a bunch of content in the conversations that I would still like to view…

Hi @Rick_Todd You can actually do this right now. If you click the settings cog at the top-right of your tasks you get various viewing options: [image] Choose ‘All Tasks’, and the completed ones remain, greyed out. Don’t forget to also select ‘Save View for Everyone’, so that becomes the default …
