I’m trying to us AI to generate a unque number to my tasks, I’m trying to find a work around for the Asana ID custom filed that adds a number to every task. See prompt below..
For every new task added to the ‘To Do’ column of this project, automatically generate and assign a unique sequential number to the custom text field labeled ‘CS Number’. The number should increment by 1 from the last used value, starting from 001. Ensure the format is always three digits (e.g., 001, 002, 003…). Only apply this numbering to tasks in the ‘To Do’ column, and ignore tasks in other columns.
For my point of view, this specific kind of workflow looks quite hard to achieve consistently with AI Studio that is better to achieve more advanced kind of workflows.
