In this instance, I would create a Main Task: “Confirm travel arrangements”
- Assign one person responsible for overseeing the travel arrangements.
- Subtask: “Book Flight” using the “Assign to multiple people” feature.
- This should create separate subtasks for each person assigned, allowing them to book their flights individually while keeping track of progress.
