Several members of my team (15 Business tier seats) are experiencing a bug where they are only able to access free features when they log in and are prompted to upgrade. sometimes when they log in they have full access however, and we haven’t been able to identify a pattern.
Hi @Alison_Palmer, I’d suggest reaching out to our Support team so that they can take a look at your specific account and subscription, as our Support team has access to tools we don’t have here on the Community team.

Have them check out the space there are in by clicking on their profile picture in the top right corner. They might sometimes fall into their personal workspace for example rather than the company space.
Also if you are on a Business Team (and not org) depending on where you are in the app you won’t have the same features available.

How would one be able to tell whether a team were business-tier or not? and where would features be different, on a different team?
From the Admin console, the admin should be able to say, from the Billing section, if you are on a paid org or paid team.
To test yourself, it’s quite easy: if you have the Timeline within some projects but not others, you probably have paid Teams and not an org.
