Best way to get a bulleted list onto all form submission Description section?

I have a form that needs to have a bulleted list populate at the end of every Description section of a form. It’s always the same bulleted list, but it’s a list of reminders of somethings that the Task User will need to be aware of, and I don’t want to use Subtasks for this.

I have tried to do this with “Headings” but it doesn’t work, it only has simple formatting and even if you try to copy/paste a bulleted list into it, the formatting comes out all messed up.

I know I can use a rule to set the Task Description to something specific but that would wipe out everything the Form is doing. I know I can also use “Add Comment” which is my current workaround but this is very much not ideal because my task users are going to be focused on the Description and may overlook the comment.

Specify your rule’s “Do this” along these lines by using the + variable to capture the existing Description, then add your addition to it:
