Hey, everyone! Is there any way that we can optimize using Asana for following up with appointment setting/calls?

You will want integrate Asana with Calendly (via Make or Zapier or just use the APIs).
It would make it possible to create and schedule tasks based on your availability without leaving Asana, which as such would help save time and streamlines workflow
