Bad Request notification when clicking link in new task email notification.

Every time I assign a task within a project to one of my team members, they receive a notification email. When clicking the button “view task” or the hyperlinked “view in Asana” at the bottom of the email, the button or link redirects to a page that says “Bad request.” See the screenshots attached.

Why is this happening? We can still find the task when searching in the Asana platform but not by using the link in the email notification.

Has anyone had issues with this?

Also this problem on occurs when using Outlook, not Gmail.

Because I haven’t seen other reports like this, it works for me, and only Support can look into your account more closely…
