We have set up a request form for new projects. We have the form working the way we want and rules set up for the automation.
How do you all approach adding a unique identifier to each request that comes through on the Asana form?
We created an ID field, but that only works at the task level, and does not come across when the Task(from the form) is converted into a project.

In the settings section of the form editor, you can set the task title by selecting a field or multiple fields.
If you want to include the ID from your ID field, you would need to create a rule that changes the task title after it is added to the project to include that variable (something like “task title” “ID field”). To add the variables, you just click the “+” on the task name.
