Automatically collapse sections in Portfolio List view by default, upon opening

My team handles hundreds of projects, and one thing is bothering us: the drop-down menu. I will use an example to make this more understandable.

So we have this one portfolio with 5 people assigned to it. Every person handles around 300+ projects. Each person has a drop-down menu for their own projects. the problem is every time we open a portfolio, each person’s drop-down project always opens and we have to close it one by one. Since they handle many projects we have to close them one by one to get to our own drop-down section. I know that we can filter it for the project that we own but sometimes we need to check other people’s projects as well. So it’s kinda bothering our workflow since minimizing each member drop-down section with 600+ projects takes time. Is there any way

to make it so that every time we open the portfolio, the drop-down menu is closed not open automatically?

Hi @Muhammad_Sultan_Aqil , I have taken the liberty to rephrase your post title so it’s better searchable. I believe the appropriate terminology is ‘collapsing sections’ instead of ‘minimizing dropdowns’.

Adding “collapse all” or “expand all” options will be great. Or at least, if I click “Save layout as default”, the current status of collapsed and expanded sections will be maintained. But when I click on “Save layout as default,” all the sections will be expended by default, although I had collapsed them before.
