When a comment is posted to a task using email, it would great to have the comment automatically cleaned for clutter like the email footer.
This would clean up the comments a lot and make it much easier to follow a conversation - especially when task collaborators are involved

You can achieve the desired behavior by using AI Studio; however, this will consume AI credits.
This would be amazing. The Outlook add-on tool adds such a long comment if you’re using an email thread but only want the most recent email that you’re looking at added as the comment.
I don’t think that I can do that. When a comment is posted, I (nor the AI) can edit it. So the action needs to happen while parsing the comment from email to the comment section.
