Assign task per random to user

We have a 60 agents in asana. Each agent have the same skill.
But if user add an task, they select most of all the same person in asana.

  1. Now we wanna have random auto-assign of tasks to avoid one agent get most of all tasks. In monday we can do that very easy out of the box. How with asana?

  2. In some projects we need to auto-assign tasks to a group of users.
    Same here: in monday very easy, but in asana not possible via automation?
