Asana x Zendesk integration

Hi there, I have connected Asana to an existing Zendesk account aka organisation. Now I would like to add yet another Zendesk org./accout to Asana. Please help.

I found that I could only connect one Zendesk account to Asana, regardless of the project I accessed within the same organization.

However, when logged into a different user account within the same Asana organization, I was able to connect a separate Zendesk account in a project where the Zendesk integration had not been used previously.

Could you please give it a try as well?

Thank you. I’ve tried that before, but it says I do not have access to the ticket. Weird.

Do you mean in Zendesk when you open a ticket? Or the Zendesk links that are added to the Asana task?

I mean the Zendesk links that are added to the Asana task. When I try to add a Zendesk ticket to an Asana task, it says I do not have access to add a Zendesk ticket. However, I can sign into the Zendesk organisation and access any tickets.

That is strange.
And on Zendesk you connected the same Asana account as well?

If so then I recommend reaching out to support so they can assist further.

Best would be sending them a detailed video also that shows you connecting the app and the error message, etc
