It’s moving at a glacial pace, right after I end my free trial. Asana shows there’s a partial outage, but no incidents are reported for the app. Has anyone experienced frequent slowdowns on a free account?
Hi @Carolyn_Dockery , this likely had to do with the short partial outage yesterday. I doubt it has to do with your tier.
If you do experience degraded performance, it usually helps to refresh your browser or restart your desktop app. If on a browser, try closing a few tabs in case you have many open at the same time.
