Asana Upgrade Questions

We have several users with free accounts using Asana. Recently a user requested to upgrade her account to premuim. If we upgrade her account does that upgrade the entire Oraganization as we apparently have an Organization listed for all different department teams that have been created all under one organization ?

Also how would you delete a team if the members no longer work at the organization ?

Welcome to the Asana Community Forum!
When we are talking about an upgrade, it’s basically of 3 types

  1. Workspace
  2. Team
  3. Organization

If you want to upgrade then you have to upgrade within these 3 options.
This means you don’t have to upgrade the whole organization, If you upgrade the team that will work fine!

Generally speaking, @Soumyadeep_Mandal is right, you have the choice to upgrade either a specific team or your entire organiszation. If you have any questions regarding your specific organisation, feel free to reach out to our Sales team who will be able to tale a look at your account and advise you with the best solution for your specific situation and request.

You should be able to delete this team following these steps
