Asana Super Slow On 2-year old brand new Apple iPad

We are using the Asana app as a team and it seems today especially, the app is loading very slow. After clicking an item, it takes up to 2-3 seconds before scrolling.

For some reason if I click a bunch of items, it literally won’t do anything fora few seconds and then all the pages / menu items start loading and screen blinks to each one to catch up.

iPads are brand new, nothing else is on the iPad. Any ideas what we could do? Hopefully Asana can resolve this in an update, because it’s almost not worth it.

We did have an outage yesterday, which might be a reason behind the difficulties you have experienced. You can always check the Status of Asana here.
If you are still experiencing the problem, I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as testing how Asana behaves in a browser to narrow down the issue to a specific version.
