I am currently in the process of developing an Asana specific standard operating procedure for my organization. Prior to finalizing I was looking to get feedback from an Asana expert. As a nonprofit we are looking to minimize cost and Asana’s advisor program is currently on pause. Would anyone know of any alternative options? It would help greatly.
The goal of the SOP is to provide a high level overview of how to navigate Asana and also best practices when creating goals, projects, tasks, etc.
