I have a recurring project that has due dates every quarter. Is there a way to automatically change the dates for the next project session?

Have you tried using project templates?
You can convert your existing project into a template which will convert the dates to dynamic dates, either based on the start or end date of your next project.
Then, when you use your template to setup a new project, you can select the start or end date ao that the tasks’ dude date will be automatically set based on your choice.
You can also set dynamic project roles too!
