Is there a way to send email alerts to team members when asana tasks status goes amber and red? Many thanks!

Great question! At this time, it’s not possible to send email notifications for specific project status updates. You can, however, turn email notifications on for all project status updates. This means project members will receive an email each time the status is updated. Check out our Guide for more on this:
