I try to open the mobile app, it opens for a second and closes.

Please follow the steps below:
- Clear cache & data from the Asana app
- Then uninstall it
- Now restart your device
- Install it again from the app store
- Now log in to your account

I’m also experiencing the same problem. App closes whenever I get into my inbox to view individual tasks. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling several times but it’s not helping. Can someone please assist
Is it a software issue? You can try to update your iOS system to the latest version or use an iOS system recovery software
You can delete this app and re-stall it to see if it works. Sometimes, the iOS version on your iPhone may impact the use of other apps, so make sure your iPhone is under the newest iOS version. By the way, if you find this is a system issue, you can try repairing your iPhone through a repairing software.
