Hi @Nichele_Smith, sorry to hear that you are running into issues. We haven’t received reports of connectivity issues on our end in the past few days, so we would need to further troubleshoot this for you. Are you able to test Asana in a different device or connection? Are your colleagues experiencing the same issue? Can you test in an incognito window?

Hello @Nichele_Smith, can you confirm if you’re still experiencing this issue?

Hello, I’m experiencing the same issue with my Asana App for Macbook Pro M1. The app won’t open/launch. There is no windows opened at all. I have uninstall, delete the app files, download, and reinstall it, but the app won’t open. I’m using Mac OS Ventura 13.5.1, Asana Version 1.15.0. My internet connection is fine, I’m able to use other apps without problem.

I have tried restart my laptop, it still won’t open.
