Asana for Customer Success in Saas

Hey!

First of all, love Asana!

I in an HR-tech Saas startup that beforehand used Google workspace to track task and so on for the customer onboarding. We use Asana on the Dev end and i thought “Why not use asana for the onboarding journey for customers”.

So my question is, do you have any templates, ideas or so that could help us with productivity and transparancy.

Right now I’m working with task templates in a project for each customer that i add to my Kanban that goes from To do > Ongoing > Waiting on info > Completed

Welcome to the forum!

I think using guest accounts might be a good idea if you want to improve transparency/collaboration with your customers. You could add them as collaborator. (to your tasks, not your project to prevent them from seeing other customer’s tasks)

Depending on the extent of your onboarding and your subscription it might be worth making the onboarding a project, and adding those projects to a portfolio (which you can separate between what are your sections now by utilising a custom field)
