Asana Extension installed, but not showing up in Google Sheets

Hi All,

1. I’m trying to sync project tasks to Google Sheets
2. I’m able to add the extension, but it does now show up in the dropdown
3. I’ve tried using different browsers (Chrome, Safari), incognito browsers, and logging in with different accounts
4. Other topics I can find on this issue seem to be closed, unresolved, or have to contact support.
5. Wondering if anyone has found a solution for this or is contacting support the only route?

Hi Larry,

Thanks for getting back to me. The issue ended up being that you must specifically install “Asana Exports”, not just “Asana”. However, “Asana Exports” does not show up in my apps. This is the link that took me directly to the “Asana Exports” install. Now it works!
