Asana Enterprise upgrade - no reaction from sales

Hi all,

We have been working with Asana for a couple of years now. Currently on the Advanced Plan, but we encounter a lack in permission control. This falls under the Enterprise tier only (unfortunately), so I tried contacting Asana Sales through the form on their website a couple of times in the last 2 months, with… zero response. :cowboy_hat_face:

Is anyone familiar with this process, and how I can actually get into contact with the sales team to get a quote? Or are we simply too small (15 seats) to even qualify for the enterprise tier?

Thanks!

@Dries-B,

You are not too small to qualify for Enterprise! It’s just that Sales has been experiencing delays of late. @Forum-team, can you help?

If you’d consider it, an Asana Solutions Partner would be a different way to proceed. See Asana Service Partner Directory.

Hi @Dries-B , here David Jané, from Volcanic, Asana Platinum Solutions partners. Happy to assist you to transition to an Enterprise plan. Please DM me if you want to learn what we can do for you.

Thanks for your responses! I’m mainly just looking for the enterprise licenses, as I consider myself other than that a pretty advanced Asana user. I’m not sure if it makes sense going through an agency just for that?

Still not a signle sign of life from the sales team by the way… :skull_and_crossbones:

Try contacting Asana through the in-app support/chat while logged into your admin account. The public sales form can sometimes be unreliable.

15 seats shouldn’t necessarily rule you out for Enterprise — it depends more on your security and permission requirements. Ask support to connect you with an Enterprise sales representative and explain the specific permission controls you need. They should be able to confirm eligibility and provide pricing options.

@Dries-B Just taking the opportunity to share more about agencies/partners.

Other than being able to sell licences (sometimes with discounts applied), agencies can be a good option if you’re looking for localised support in your region. Some agencies also provide value-add services (both free and paid). Example of such value-add services are supported trials and advice.

In your case, an agency can help provision an Enterprise trial for your account so you can see if that will give you the necessary permission controls. They can also advice if other tiers or add-ons may be required for even more controls. Depending on your requirements, you may need one of the combinations below:

Enterprise only
Enterprise and Permissions mgmt. add-on
Enterprise+

The assisted trial is a facilited process which ensures you’re selecting the right product before you commit financially.

Hope this helps explains what agencies do!

I’ll tag some of my contacts here to see if they can escalate this within Asana for you.

@Lucas_Lee1 @jessicahuang @Jessica_Erhart are any of you able to help @Dries-B please? Sounds like he’s been waiting a few months for the sales team to respond. :slightly_frowning_face:
