My Client wants to provide her clients with a Project Calendar but doesn’t want to give them access to Asana itself. I have suggested exporting the calendar to print but I was just wondering if this is the only option available?
In the top right corner of the Calendar view, there is a “Create link” button that will create a read-only access to the calendar view that does not require an Asana account to be seen. Isn’t it what you are looking for?
Take care.
fab - thank you! I will share that with her.
@Bastien_Siebman just coming back to this - if i use the link it looks like I can open up and view the whole project. She doesn’t want to share anything other than the calendar view so they can see the timeline of the project.
I was just looking at Asana2Go but i am not sure if I can use this to export the calendar? Do you know?
Asana2Go (disclaimer: I’m the creator) can display as little content as you want; you can check the standard formats to see if there’s one you like (but none show up in a calendar-like display) or customize your own with some HTML and/or Markdown knowledge.
Hope that helps,
Larry
