Are you using Team Pages to their fullest potential?

I believe the newly redesigned Team Page is one of Asana’s most underutilized resources.

One standout feature of the team page is the ability to add external links. This simple yet powerful capability transforms the team page into a central hub for your team’s essential resources. Here’s how it can make a difference:

  1. Centralized Resource Hub: Add links to frequently used websites, such as company forms, onboarding documents, and shared knowledge bases. No more hunting for URLs—everything your team needs is just a click away.
  2. Quick Access to Social Media Pages: Does your team manage social media accounts? Link your team’s Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms directly from the team page for instant access.
  3. Springboard for Collaboration: Use the team page as a launchpad to important tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, or other collaboration platforms. It’s all about cutting down on unnecessary clicks and saving time.

By adding external links to the Asana team page, you create a one-stop-shop for all team-related resources, saving time and eliminating confusion. With everything at your fingertips, you can start your day in Asana and focus on what really matters: getting work done efficiently and effectively.

Ready to transform your team’s productivity? Start using Asana’s team page and experience the difference for yourself!

Hi @Rune_Haarberg you can find the full help article on the new Team Pages by clicking here.
You will need to create your own sections and then add your projects, portfolios, external links, and/or files as you see fit.

You can even rename tabs now

I’ve loved the new team page, especially the ability to link to internal forms. Has anyone figured out how to link to a form where it opens in the modal window (like when you open a form from the project → customize menu) rather than a new browser window?

Thanks for these great tips @Jeremy_Long !

On my side, as I publish on LinkedIn from Asana thanks to sociana, I use a task to put all my reference links like mentions that I often use.
