I have the ability to scroll down to the bottom of my Asana inbox on the web-based view and click Archive All Notifications. I am rewarded with a disco ball and a “Hooray!”
My coworker is eager to archive all of her notifications, but she is not seeing this option anywhere on her Asana inbox window. Is this a permissions issue? How do we fix this?

AFAIK, this option should be available to all users. If you’ve confirmed visually that she doesn’t have this option (it can be a little confusing since it’s not styled as a button or anything), I think you might need to contact support.
Yes, unfortunately, she sees Archive all but the option is greyed out. Any ideas?
