I’m currently working on a project in Asana that requires approval from an assigned approver. However, I’m running into a couple of issues:
Email Notification Issue: When I send an approval request via email, the approver receives the notification. However, when they click on the “Approve,” “Needs Changes,” or “Reject” options in the email, they are redirected to an error page. Has anyone encountered this issue before? How can I resolve this so that the approver can submit their response without encountering an error?
Missing Approval Field in Task: When the approver opens the Asana task, I cannot see a dedicated field or section where they can directly choose to approve, request changes, or reject the task. Is there a way to add a dropdown field or something similar in Asana to streamline the approval process?
